You will lead an inspire a management team of 5 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and extensive event space. The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

Working within a General manager role within Contract Catering

Strong knowledge of both C&E and Retail business

Managed teams of 30+

High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
